1/ Clarity
Examples, illustrations, elaboration... help clarity.
2/ Accuracy
Really true.
3/ Precision
Not only clear and accurate; must be precise, specific (with details, numbers, statistics, data...).
4/ Relevance
Is it connected to the question/the issue?
5/ Depth
Does the answer address the complexities in the question, the most significant factors?
6/ Breadth
Is there another way or another point of view to look at this issue?
7/ Logic
Does this really make sense?
