There are two Chinas: One China of the oppressed and exploited people, and another China of the greedy "communist"-capitalist Chinese rulers and exploiters. The Vietnamese people are not against the China of the oppressed and the exploited. The enemies of the Vietnamese people are the current Peking rulers of mainland China, led by Xi Jinping. They have been carrying out Mao's expanding plans and aggressive policies since the end of WWII. They never want Vietnam and other neighboring countries to be well developed, united and strong, because their policy is to divide, bribe, exploit and dominate. France and the USA have come to Vietnam, but in the end they left. Do not expect the same with Chinese new comers/immigrants, who came in order to STAY!!! This has happened all over the world for thousands of years. Vietnam will NOT be another Tibet.
