Hoàng Sa Việt Nam -- Nỗi đau mất mát -- La Meurtrissure

This film is about the unimaginable hardship and the profound loss Vietnamese fishermen and their families have had to go through when they try to make their daily living. The film was made by André Menras Hồ Cương Quyết and a group of Vietnamese at the VTV. It was not allowed (by the Vietnam authority) to be available to public viewers for a long time.

Two Chinas

There are two Chinas: One China of the oppressed and exploited people, and another China of the greedy "communist"-capitalist Chinese rulers and exploiters. The Vietnamese people are not against the China of the oppressed and the exploited. The enemies of the Vietnamese people are the current Peking rulers of mainland China, led by Xi Jinping. They have been carrying out Mao's expanding plans and aggressive policies since the end of WWII. They never want Vietnam and other neighboring countries to be well developed, united and strong, because their policy is to divide, bribe, exploit and dominate. France and the USA have come to Vietnam, but in the end they left. Do not expect the same with Chinese new comers/immigrants, who came in order to STAY!!! This has happened all over the world for thousands of years. Vietnam will NOT be another Tibet.

June 6, 2014 Statement of Condemnation Against Chinese Aggression and Request to Take China to International Court

Từ đầu tháng 5/2014 vừa qua, Trung Quốc đã cho hạ đặt giàn khoan HYSY 981 trái phép trong vùng đặc quyền kinh tế (EEZ) và thềm lục địa của Việt Nam. Việc hạ đặt giàn khoan này nối tiếp các hoạt động có tính toán từ trước nhằm xâm chiếm lãnh thổ của Việt Nam, đặc biệt là việc dùng vũ lực đánh chiếm toàn bộ quần đảo Hoàng Sa năm 1974, và đánh chiếm một phần quần đảo Trường Sa năm 1988.

Tất cả hành vi vừa nêu của Trung Quốc có thể gọi đúng tên là hành vi xâm lược, vi phạm nghiêm trọng Điều 2(4) của Hiến Chương LHQ, Nghị quyết 1514 ngày 14/12/1960, Nghị quyết 26/25 năm 1970, Nghị quyết số 3314-XXXIX ngày 14.12.1974 của LHQ.

Vì vậy, chúng tôi, những người Việt Nam trong nước và đang sống ở nước ngoài đồng lòng ký tên vào bản tuyên bố này nhằm:

- Cực lực lên án những hành vi có tính toán của Trung Quốc đang từng bước xâm lược lãnh thổ Việt Nam và thực hiện âm mưu độc chiếm Biển Đông;

- Yêu cầu Nhà Nước Việt Nam khẩn trương khởi kiện Trung Quốc ra tòa án Quốc tế về những vi phạm chủ quyền nghiêm trọng của họ tại Biển Đông, đặc biệt là kết hợp cùng Philippines đấu tranh pháp lý quốc tế để xóa bỏ đường 9 đoạn (lưỡi bò) phi pháp và phi lý của Trung Quốc.

STATEMENT OF CONDEMNATION AGAINST CHINESE AGGRESSION OF VIETNAM’S TERRITORY

REQUEST TO THE VIETNAMESE GOVERNMENT TO TAKE CHINA TO INTERNATIONAL COURTS

Since early May this year, China has illegally installed in the oil rig HYSY 981 in Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone (EEZ) and continental shelf of Vietnam. This is part of a pre-planned series of aggressive actions aimed at invading Vietnam’s territory, most notably the use of force to occupy the entire Paracel Islands in 1974, and again to occupy part of the Spratly Islands in 1988.

All of the afore-mentioned actions by China can be rightly called acts of aggression, seriously violating Article 2 (4) of the UN Charter, Resolution 1514 dated 14.12.1960, Resolution 26/25 in 1970, and Resolution No. 3314 UN-XXXIX dated 12.14.1974.

Therefore, we, patriotic Vietnamese worldwide, unanimously signed this statement to:
- Strongly condemn the aggressive behaviors of China which have been calculated to gradually invade the territory of Vietnam and realize their scheme to monopolize the South China Sea;
- Urgently request the government of Vietnam to take China to international courts for their serious violations of Vietnam’s sovereignty in the South China Sea, and to join hands with the Philippines in the legal battle against China’s unjustified and illegal cow’s tongue line (nine-dashed line).

DEMANDE AU GOUVERNEMENT VIETNAMIEN DE TRADUIRE LA CHINE DEVANT UN TRIBUNAL INTERNATIONAL

Depuis debut Mai 2014, la Chine a illegallement installé la plate forme de forage petroliere HYSY 981 dans la zone economique exclusive et au plateau continental du Viet Nam. L’installation de cette plate-forme petrioliere fait suite des activitées délibérées de la Chine visant à s’emparer du territoire vietnamien, notammnent l’accaparement de force des iles Paracel en 1974, l’attaque et l’occupation partiellement des iles Spratly en 1988.

Tous ces actes de la Chine ci-dessus cités peuvent etre proprement nommés par actes d’agressions, ayant violé serieusement l’Article 2(4) de la Charte des Nations Unies, la Resolution 1514 datée du 14.12.1960, la Resolution 26/25 en 1970, et la Resolution 3314 XXXIX du 12.14.1974 des Nations Unies.

Pour ces raisons, nous, vietnamiens du pays et d’outremers, unanimement, apposons nos signatures à cette Declaration pour :

- Condamner fortement les actes d’agression délibérés de la Chine, visant à graduellement s’emparrer du territoire vietnamien, monopoliser la Mer de l’Est.

- Exiger le gouvernement vietnamien à urgemment traduire la Chine devant un tribunal international sur ses serieuses violations de la souveraineté du VietNam dans la Mer de l’Est, specialement à s’unifier avec les Philippines dans le combat legislatif pour annuler le tracé illegal et injustifié à 9 troncons de la Chine sous forme de langue de vache.
