Commit to seeking help if you need it whether that’s with a partner or on your own. Be honest with yourself about what you want and be prepared to give time and energy to your relationship if things need working on. Think about trying a new hobby or interest together. It’s fun to learn something new and will give you something to talk about. Make time for each other. Lockdown has been hard for many couples.
