Nature

Nature is a universal treasure, but it seems very few are able to recognize and understand its infinite value, or to know how to enjoy and learn from it.  When we are gardening, strolling in the parks, or sitting on a rock near the beach, and gazing at the sparkling water ripples, there are many opportunities for us to discover and learn from Nature.
Observe and listen carefully.  Nature has endless lessons about subtle changes from moment to moment.  Learn Nature's laws of co-existence and interdependence among beings and processes, the art of living in harmony and love in the midst of fierce competition and struggle for survival.  There are lessons about shapes, designs, and nuances of color --a spectrum of intensity of light for artists; lessons about performing amazing ballets by birds, butterflies, dragonflies.... Endless stories told by waves after waves which are rushing violently or murmuring gently against rocks along the shore day and night.  And there are many, many more lessons to nurture inner feelings for all of us to learn from Nature.
