The Strengths of a Nation

A nation is strong if its people are well educated, united, disciplined, and hard-working.

A nation is strong if its leaders are well educated, united, and devoted to the common national and international causes.

A nation is strong if its leaders have good visions, and a strong determination to achieve long-term and short- term national goals through sensible policies and tactful strategies.

A nation is strong if it is open to change, and innovative ideas.

A nation is strong if it has the courage to self-examine, and to re-examine, in order to learn from the truths in its history.

A nation is NOT strong simply because of its rich natural resources, and the vast lands and seas it claims to be its territories.

A nation is NOT strong just because of the impressive and well-polished statistics in government officials' speeches and reports, nor because of the big numbers of tycoons, millionaires, and billionaires among its citizens.
