June 23 and June 26 Updates on China vs Vietnam

On June 23 the KN-951, a Vietnamese patrol ship that was cruising to protect the Vietnam seas, was surrounded, attacked, and severely damaged by 4 Chinese ships.
China also used their air crafts (renaissance, and maritime patrols) to guard their Haiyang Shiyou 981.  On June 26 they had at least two air crafts circle near the area of the oil rig (within 12 nautical miles; 1 NM= 1.852 km).  Until June 26 Chinese ships had attacked and damaged 27 Vietnamese coastal guard ships over 100 times, wounding 15 Vietnamese people on duty aboard.
